Door County Angler Shoot out
I have won the 2005 Door County Anglers Shoot out. In 2006 I placed 16th place. The Tournament had over 1000 entrys and had 4 ports fishing.
Kewaunee/Door County Salmon Tournament
I fished with Paul and Dorothy VanderMaazen. I Fished 2 of the 7 days of the tournament with them and we placed fish in the money both days we went. I fished out of there boat and ended up with 4 fish in the money. There are over 2200 people that enter the tournament every year.
In 2009 we placed 2 fish in the money and got port prize for one day. While fishing this years tournament i set a all time record for number of fish in 5 hour with only 2 people in the boat. We got 36 fish in 5 hours with 2 people in the boat. It took 3 people to get our cooler off the boat with only 10 fish in it.
